This traditional home in Villanova features Carrera marble and wood accents throughout, giving it a classic European feel. We completely renovated this house, updating the exterior, five bathrooms, kitchen, foyer, and great room. We really enjoyed creating a wine and cellar and building a separate home office, in-law apartment, and pool house. Kitchen Remodel. Client requested Modern Farm House look on a budget! We worked with the existing cabinets and had them repainted and removed cabinets above the ventilation hood, reinstalled a Ship Lap hood exhaust. Counter top was reshaped into a modern rectangular shape with new Quartz Counter Top Material, mosaic backsplash, new fresh wall paint and luxury vinyl flooring to complete the farmhouse look and feel.

For a specific look and feel, the client wanted 1" thick doors for their custom inset design. This will also help withstand the Long Island humidity, and summer home lifestyle. ⁣ Most kitchen designers will agree. We HATE wasted space. ⁣ ⁣ When the homeowners came to us wanting 6" (albeit) beautiful box columns on the sides of their island, we suggested turning them into functioning cabinets at each end, giving them additional storage they didn't think of. The same was true for over the #subzero refrigerator. Why just have a false panel, when you can make it a hatch cabinet for long thin storage? When you're designing in custom cabinetry, the world is your oyster. And we plan to design you a pearl ?

This polished farmhouse kitchen has traditional style and warm wood details that make the space happy and inviting. These traditional raised panel kitchen cabinets from the Avery Soft White Cabinet Collection have a slightly off white painted finish that isn't too stark and bright for this kitchen style. Farmhouse kitchens don't have to have a farmhouse sink, in case you're not a fan, but this kitchen adds in extra style with the warm wood butcherblock countertops that mimic the traditional hardwood floor design. A large window above the kitchen sink lets in beautiful natural light and pairs well with the glass cabinet doors with mullion. Stainless appliances are complemented with silver tone hardware and fixtures including a 5 light chandelier that makes this casual eating area feel a bit more fancy.

We have designed a beautiful modern farmhouse kitchen, with shaker doors in two contrasting tones, with a beautiful Blanco sink and high end gold faucet, which completes a perfect look. The atmosphere created in the living room harmonizes with the whole by creating a warm feeling at the same time very trendy.

A morning room with plenty of light is given a casual table, chairs and rug. We can picture a quiet weekend morning spent in this room. The kitchen features two massive islands, once again making this an ideal house for entertaining.
