This new home was designed to nestle quietly into the rich landscape of rolling pastures and striking mountain views. A wrap around front porch forms a facade that welcomes visitors and hearkens to a time when front porch living was all the entertainment a family needed. White lap siding coupled with a galvanized metal roof and contrasting pops of warmth from the stained door and earthen brick, give this home a timeless feel and classic farmhouse style. The story and a half home has 3 bedrooms and two and half baths. The master suite is located on the main level with two bedrooms and a loft office on the upper level. A beautiful open concept with traditional scale and detailing gives the home historic character and charm. Transom lites, perfectly sized windows, a central foyer with open stair and wide plank heart pine flooring all help to add to the nostalgic feel of this young home. White walls, shiplap details, quartz counters, shaker cabinets, simple trim designs, an abundance of natural light and carefully designed artificial lighting make modest spaces feel large and lend to the homeowner's delight in their new custom home. This ranch was a complete renovation! We took it down to the studs and redesigned the space for this young family. We opened up the main floor to create a large kitchen with two islands and seating for a crowd and a dining nook that looks out on the beautiful front yard. We created two seating areas, one for TV viewing and one for relaxing in front of the bar area. We added a new mudroom with lots of closed storage cabinets, a pantry with a sliding barn door and a powder room for guests. We raised the ceilings by a foot and added beams for definition of the spaces. We gave the whole home a unified feel using lots of white and grey throughout with pops of orange to keep it fun.

Our handmade steel doors make a wonderful statement piece for any style of home. They are available in both double and single door configurations, with a curved or flat top. There are 3 separate ‘in-fills’ available for each door type, meaning your door can be totally unique and customized to suit your taste and style of home. Unlike traditional timber doors, steel doors will never bow, twist, crack or require re-painting or staining. They sit inside a matching steel frame and are faster than a timber door to install. The window/ glass sections of the doors are openable and come with removable flyscreens to aid in natural ventilation.

This was a whole home renovation where nothing was left untouched. We took out a few walls to create a gorgeous great room, custom designed millwork throughout, selected all new materials, finishes in all areas of the home. We also custom designed a few furniture pieces and procured all new furnishings, artwork, drapery and decor.

This mudroom between garage and dining room features a dog-washing sink with shelves for dog products, food and dog bowls.

Дизайнер Анна «растворила» верхние шкафы в пространстве холла, выкрасив их в цвет стен. Можно сказать, что холл - это одна большая гардеробная. С единой системой хранения, зеркалом, диванчиком. Отсутствие ручек шкафов усиливает эффект визуального слияния со стеной. Зеркало в пол дополнительно расширяет пространство и наполняет холл светом и воздухом.
