La pièce de vie que je vous présente est un petit écrin de verdure en plein cœur de la ville. Le style urban jungle est ici, avec le papier peint et des plantes luxuriantes, disposées avec soin dans la pièce. Le mobilier contemporain vient apporter une touche de modernité à l'ensemble, avec des lignes épurées et des matériaux nobles tels que le bois. La lumière naturelle est omniprésente, grâce à la baie vitrée donnant sur l'extérieur. Cette pièce de vie est un véritable havre de paix, où l'on se sent en harmonie avec la nature tout en profitant des avantages de la vie urbaine.

http://machinone-hamaco.org/blog/1988/ 弊社の隣町の浜甲子園に【まちのね】と言う一般社団法人さんからの ご依頼で低予算で店舗を開業したいとのご依頼でした。 大手企業が資金を集め出資しての開業とのことで予算があるのか？と思いきや、普通では考えられない低予算にお断りしようかと？思いましたが、 担当者の方の熱意と地域活性化の為と思い、赤字覚悟で工事を引き受けました。 まちのね浜甲子園は、ここ兵庫県西宮市の浜甲子園団地エリアが、「あたたかなつながり、ぬくもり、やさしさがある街」となることを目指して設立されたエリアマネジメント組織です。エリアを開発した事業者と住民が、連携しながら暮らしやすい街を育んでいけるよう活動している団体で ここ浜甲子園団地エリアにおける様々な活動を通じて、より暮らしが楽しくなり、地域が抱える課題を主体的に解決できるような地域づくりに取り組んでいます。

Having a dining set and china cabinet can be hard to part with. With the theme we wanted to achieve we kept the dining set and ditched the hutch. I picked a subtle paint colour to create a soft palate and added new accessories to finish the room.

This dining room was bland and lacked any warmth or personality. The clients wanted to use nature to connect the spaces through-out the home while adding their own personality. The dining table is a center piece in itself as it is functional, practical and beautifully compliments the rest of the home. The dining table is extendable which is what the clients needed as they enjoy entertaining and being able to fit more people at the table was a must.

This 100 year old, Federalist style home in the East End of Pittsburgh, was due for an update. The house sported original cabinetry and plumbing. The project included the entire house, to some degree, and some rooms, the kitchen, for instance, was a total gut job. Engineered hardwood was added to the rooms where old tar linoleum was installed, allowing for the original red oak to compliment these rooms easily. The master bathroom had previously undergone a minor remodel and I updated the entire house with new, mostly saturated, paint color by Benjamin Moore. My client had quite a nice collection of Baker furniture and upscale area rugs, and I took my cues from those pieces that were incorporated within the new design. My client has increased the value of his home substantially, and has recently upgraded the small exterior courtyard area with lovely perennials and new pavers and a fire pit; elements that are typically not found in a small city lot. The newly rennovated courtyard is a gathering spot for many outdoor parties that my client is famous for his hosting.

Ce projet consistait à ajouter une chambre dans un appartement qui n'en avait que deux. Un troisième enfant pointait son nez et c'est donc dans l'espace salon/salle-à-manger que nous avons déplacé la cuisine ouverte pour créer une chambre dans l'ancienne cuisine. Un style contemporain chic pour cette transformation.
