Bedwardine Road is our epic renovation and extension of a vast Victorian villa in Crystal Palace, south-east London. Traditional architectural details such as flat brick arches and a denticulated brickwork entablature on the rear elevation counterbalance a kitchen that feels like a New York loft, complete with a polished concrete floor, underfloor heating and floor to ceiling Crittall windows. Interiors details include as a hidden “jib” door that provides access to a dressing room and theatre lights in the master bathroom.

The task was to renovate a dated master bath without changing the original foot print. The client wanted a larger shower, more storage and the removal of a bulky jacuzzi. Sea glass hexagon tiles paired with a silver blue wall paper created a calm sea like mood.

This dark and eclectic master bath combines reclaimed wood, large format tile, and mixed round tile with an asymmetrical tub to create a hideaway that you can immerse yourself in. Combined rainfall and hand shower with recessed shower niches provide many showering options, while the wet area is open to the large tub with additional hand shower and waterfall spout. This 70x32 inch backlit rectangle mirror eliminates the need for wall lighting usually found above traditional mirrors. The LED mirror creates a clean - modern look in this condo’s bathroom.

The Brief: to create a wet room that invokes feelings of the sea. The pebble tiles create a wonderful foot massage as you walk in as well as adding depth and interest. The bespoke, hand made rustic vanity unit, gives plenty of storage space, whilst adding a warm touch to the overall look of the bathroom. The shine from the grey metro tiles means that rather than feeling small, this bathroom gives a sense of space and light.

This high-end black and white bathroom features a large wet room with a free-standing tub and double shower heads. The toilet is tucked away, which showcases the beautiful his and hers vanities. The wood grain in the vanities and flooring give warmth and the gold hardware adds subtle bling to the space.

The “Rustic Classic” is a 17,000 square foot custom home built for a special client, a famous musician who wanted a home befitting a rockstar. This Langley, B.C. home has every detail you would want on a custom build.
