A sister home to DreamDesign 44, DreamDesign 45 is a new farmhouse that fits right in with the historic character of Ortega. A detached two-car garage sits in the rear of the property. Inside, four bedrooms and three baths combine with an open-concept great room and kitchen over 3000 SF. The plan also features a separate dining room and a study that can be used as a fifth bedroom.

This small master bathroom needed to accommodate a bathtub, a shower, a double vanity, and a new laundry room. By removing some of the walls and angles, we were able to maximize the space and provide all of the needs of this client..

This traditional Cape Cod was ready for a refresh including the updating of an old, poorly constructed addition. Without adding any square footage to the house or expanding its footprint, we created much more usable space including an expanded primary suite, updated dining room, new powder room, an open entryway and porch that will serve this retired couple well for years to come.

Welcome to 3226 Hanes Avenue in the burgeoning Brookland Park Neighborhood of Richmond’s historic Northside. Designed and built by Richmond Hill Design + Build, this unbelievable rendition of the American Four Square was built to the highest standard, while paying homage to the past and delivering a new floor plan that suits today’s way of life! This home features over 2,400 sq. feet of living space, a wraparound front porch & fenced yard with a patio from which to enjoy the outdoors. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, a full bath and laundry area. The master bedroom has a gorgeous en-suite with his/her vanity, tiled shower with glass enclosure and a custom closet. This beautiful home was restored to be enjoyed and stand the test of time.

This project included a reconfiguration of the second story, including a new bathroom and walk-in closet for the primary suite. We brought in ample light with multiple skylights, added coziness with a fireplace, and used rich materials for a result that feels luxurious and reflects the personality of the stylish homeowners.

Aptly titled Artist Haven, our Boulder studio designed this private home in Aspen's West End for an artist-client who expresses the concept of "less is more." ⁠ In this extensive remodel, we created a serene, organic foyer to welcome our clients home. We went with soft neutral palettes and cozy furnishings. A wool felt area rug and textural pillows make the bright open space feel warm and cozy. The floor tile turned out beautifully and is low maintenance as well.⁠ We used the high ceilings to add statement lighting to create visual interest. This beautiful home for a family of four got a refreshing new design, making it a true reflection of the homeowners' personalities. The living room was designed to look bright and spacious with a stunning custom white oak coffee table, stylish swivel chairs, and a comfortable pale peach sofa. An antique bejeweled snake light creates an attractive focal point encouraging fun conversations in the living room. In the kitchen, we upgraded the countertops and added a beautiful backsplash, and the dining area was painted a soothing sage green adding color and character to the space. One of the kids' bedrooms got a unique platform bed with a study and storage area below it. The second bedroom was designed with a custom day bed with stylish tassels and a beautiful bulletin board wall with a custom neon light for the young occupant to decorate at will. The guest room, with its earthy tones and textures, has a lovely "California casual" appeal, while the primary bedroom was designed like a haven for relaxation with black-out curtains, a statement chain link chandelier, and a beautiful custom bed. In the primary bath, we added a huge mirror, custom white oak cabinetry, and brass fixtures, creating a luxurious retreat! ---Project designed by Sara Barney’s Austin interior design studio BANDD DESIGN. This open concept kitchen complete with all new custom cabinetry, new appliances, backsplash, and fixtures, is ready for cooking and entertaining. Pull out pantry cabinets for extra storage and a large center island make this space functional and an ease to cook in. The master ensuite also had a full remodel to include custom cabinetry, a new walk-in shower, tile work, and plumbing fixtures. This new ensuite ties in to the clients beachy theme which carries throughout the home.
