The floating shelves above the toilet create a perfect storage solution for our clients in this small bathroom while still being able to see their fun wallpaper throughout the guest bathroom.

M.N. Reale Construction converted three separate, dated rooms into a magnificent, modern master bath. We installed custom tile on the floors and up the walls in each room visually tying them together. Six Marvin casement windows were installed in the tub area, which features a claw foot tub from Portugal, showering the room with natural light. The large 5 x 7 foot walk-in shower features three showerheads, and a rolling glass door. The custom cabinet in the powder room has His and Hers sinks with a beautiful quartz countertop. Wake up and walk into this marble master bathroom oasis. The walk-in shower features a dimensional marble tile and is paired with marble stacked tile and flooring. The custom glaze on the cabinets catches all of the natural daylight as it flows through all of the windows.

These clients win the award for ‘Most Jarrett Design Projects in One Home’! We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been able to work with these kind folks so consistently over the years. The most recent project features their master bath, a room they have been wanting to tackle for many years. We think it was well worth the wait! It started off as an outdated space with an enormous platform tub open to the bedroom featuring a large round column. The open concept was inspired by island homes long ago, but it was time for some privacy. The water closet, shower and linen closet served the clients well, but the tub and vanities had to be updated with storage improvements desired. The clients also wanted to add organized spaces for clothing, shoes and handbags. Swapping the large tub for a dainty freestanding tub centered on the new window, cleared space for gorgeous his and hers vanities and armoires flanking the tub. The area where the old double vanity existed was transformed into personalized storage closets boasting beautiful custom mirrored doors. The bathroom floors and shower surround were replaced with classic white and grey materials. Handmade vessel sinks and faucets add a rich touch. Soft brass wire doors are the highlight of a freestanding custom armoire created to house handbags adding more convenient storage and beauty to the bedroom. Star sconces, bell jar fixture, wallpaper and window treatments selected by the homeowner with the help of the talented Lisa Abdalla Interiors provide the finishing traditional touches for this sanctuary. In this master bath remodel, we removed the standard builder grade jetted tub and tub deck to allow for a more open concept. We provided a large single person soaking tub with new wainscot below the panoramic windows and removed the traditional window grills to allow for a clear line of sight to the outside. Roman blinds can be lowered for more privacy. A beautiful chrome and black drum chandelier is placed over the soaking tub and co-exists wonderfully with the other fixtures in the room. The combination of chrome and black on the fixtures adds a little glam to the simplified design.

Handmade and painted Malibu Tile around the mirrors, limestone counters, arches over bathtub reflected in mirror. Old world spanish home. Malibu Tile is dominant in this luxury home overlooking the Ojai Valley. Exposed beam ceilings of old scraped wood, trusses with planked ceilings and wrought iron stair cases with tiled risers. Arches are everywhere, from the master bath to the bedroom bed niches to the carved wood doors. Thick plaster walls with deep niches and thick window sills give a cool look to this old Spanish home in the warm, dry climate.
