This exquisite bathroom remodel located in Alpharetta, Georgia is the perfect place for any homeowner to slip away into luxurious relaxation. This bathroom transformation entailed removing two walls to reconfigure the vanity and maximize the square footage. A double vanity was placed to one wall to allow the placement of the beautiful Danae Free Standing Tub. The seamless Serenity Shower glass enclosure showcases detailed tile work and double Delta Cassidy shower rain cans and trim. An airy, spa-like feel was created by combining white marble style tile, Super White Dolomite vanity top and the Sea Salt Sherwin Williams paint on the walls. The dark grey shaker cabinets compliment the Bianco Gioia Marble Basket-weave accent tile and adds a touch of contrast and sophistication. We met the owners of this 6-story townhouse in Philadelphia when we renovated their neighbor's home. Originally, this townhouse contained a multi-level apartment and a separate studio apartment. The owners wanted to combine both units into one modern home with sleek, yet warm elements. We really enjoyed creating a beautiful triangular, glass paneled staircase; a living garden wall that stretches up through 4 stories of the house; and an eye-catching glass fireplace with a mantle made out of reclaimed wood. Anchoring the entire house design are distressed white oak floors. RUDLOFF Custom Builders has won Best of Houzz for Customer Service in 2014, 2015 2016 and 2017. By remodeling both the primary and powder bathrooms which shared a common wall, we were able to enlarge the footprint of the modest master bath to accommodate a double vanity, large shower, and separate water closet. These well traveled clients had a short wish list for their bathroom: Easy care countertops, light + bright space, ample storage, and a shower that would allow them to age in place. While they are a vibrant recently retired couple, they wanted to stay in the home long term. By adding beautiful hardware (that happens to also be grab bar rated) in the shower, they are covered should one of them need an accessible shower.
