This master bathroom was a challenge. It is so TINY and there was no room to expand it in any direction. So I did all the walls in glass tile (top to bottom) to actually keep it less busy with broken up lines. When you walk into this bathroom it's like walking into a jewerly box. It's stunning and it feels so much bigger too...We added a corner cabinet for more storage and that helped. The kitchen was entirely enclosed and we opened it up and did the columns in stone to match other elements of the house.

This home in the heart of Key West, Florida, the southernmost point of the United States, was under construction when J Design Group was selected as the head interior designer to manage and oversee the project to the client’s needs and taste. Because this powder room is located near the pool, I gave it a colorful, whimsical persona. The floral-patterned accent wall is a custom glass mosaic tile installation with thousands of individual pieces. In contrast to the bold wall pattern, I chose a simple, white onyx vessel sink. This contemporary powder room in a modern Manhattan loft renovation by Meshberg Group features custom oiled walnut trim and vanity with a stunning handpicked statuary marble top. Finished off with bright white Glassos tile topped with a mid century inspired geometric wallpaper, grey and white herringbone marble Artistic Tile floor, and indirect lighting built right into the mirror, this is one bath that guests are bound to remember.

This is a great, little powder bathroom! We turned this awkward, little space under the stairs into a fun, modern powder bath. We used color, light and tile layout to make the space feel larger than it really is.
