The Sky Lounge is a rooftop area for relaxation on multi-story buildings. that features art-house music and a larger-than-life view of the Building and is actually the best dinner date place for New Yorkers, so there is a great demand for their space.

Il fallait donc créer une salle à manger ainsi qu'un coin salon. Il fallait conserver les meubles et jouer sur les motifs et les couleurs pour mettre l'accent sur les points positifs et effacer les négatifs.

Cocina abierta. Diseño de iluminación. Rincón de lectura o reading nook para aprovechar el espacio debajo de la escalera. El mobiliario fue diseñado a medida. La cocina se renovó completamente con un diseño personalizado con península, led sobre encimera, y un importante aumento de la capacidad de almacenaje.

Cocina abierta. Diseño de iluminación. Rincón de lectura o reading nook para aprovechar el espacio debajo de la escalera. El mobiliario fue diseñado a medida. La cocina se renovó completamente con un diseño personalizado con península, led sobre encimera, y un importante aumento de la capacidad de almacenaje. El lavabo también se renovó completamente pintando el techo de madera de blanco, cambiando el suelo cerámico por parquet y el cerámico de las paredes por papel pintado y renovando los muebles y la iluminación.

SE構法の利点を活かし、LDKは一体の大空間として設計しました。空間全体に構造梁を現しとした大きな勾配天井が被さります。北面、ダイニングキッチン背面には大きな腰窓を連続で配置して新城の美しい山々の風景を眺められるようにしました。
