Love Cement Tile Shop! I was able to create a whimsical backsplash in my kitchen for everyone to ooooo and aweeee over because of the innovation and inspiration Cement Tile Shop gives to their customers.

I knew as soon as I saw these beautiful tiles that I would have to use them for a kitchen backsplash. I thought it would be in a new construction home, but plans changed and we ended up in an existing home that needed a full kitchen renovation. I might be biased, but I think my new kitchen is the most beautiful one I have ever seen and these cement tiles are the show stopper! I love them! The hardest part about ordering them was choosing one from all of the gorgeous designs. They shipped exactly when they said they would, the delivery person was friendly and out of seven boxes, only one tile had a chipped corner. I had a question when ordering, so I called them and a real person answered and kindly helped me. I couldn’t be any more pleased, well, maybe if they were free.

While Cement Tile Shop has a unique and beautiful product their customer service is terrible! I ordered some tile for a project through their website online and paid an additional fee for a residential delivery. The product was on back order. I receive one email the day of delivery saying that the product had shipped and then several hours later 7 phone calls from the driver trying to deliver the tile at a time that had never been scheduled with me. Then they threatened me with more fees if I didn't call them back immediately. As I was currently out of the country this was impossible. In the end, I was able to work it out with the delivery company and schedule a new delivery date but upon delivery, I discovered that the special residential fee just dropped the pallet of tile at the doorstep. My client then had to carry 10 boxes of tile up to the 7th floor of a high-rise condo building. When I called the company to inquire about the the "residential" fee I asked why they had charged me an additional fee if they were going to just drop the product like a commercial drop and they were utterly unhelpful. Remember they sell their product to the average joe not just designers. And if you shop online frequently you know that a lot of companies now have an additional "white glove" type fee to bring goods not just to the doorstep but inside the home. It's true I made an assumption but I think you can see how it would be easily misconstrued. If you are purchasing online it only clarifies what the residential fee includes if you go to the special deliveries page, not at the actual check out and payment for the product. The checkout page just prompts you to pick between commercial or residential delivery and then adds the extra fee. It also didn't state this in the receipt email that I received or on the shipping notification email. It's not the fee I'm mad about it's that when I called and said hey you guys have a problem here they were kind of like well you should have been smarter and there is nothing we can do, sorry. As a person who works in a service based industry, I would never treat my clients like that. Their tile is beautiful but customer service is everything!

The products are gorgeous, the wait worthwhile. The customer service was excellent when we initially dealt with them, but when a serious mistake was made with our order it took ages to put right, and has held up the work in one room for two months, or more. One pattern we ordered was 2 short in a box of 12, so we couldn't complete. Our bigger order had one box of the right pattern in the wrong color. We didn't check ALL the boxes till we needed them. Mistake. Too bad.

As an Interior Designer in California who specifies products for whole house remodels, and kitchen and bathroom remodels, I am so excited to have Cement Tile Shop as a resource. They carry a wide selection of beautiful designs, and make it easy for you to request a sample to test the tile with your project finishes before ordering large quantities. Their products are great quality, their customer service is responsive and professional, and their tile distribution center in Arizona saves me a little money on shipping costs! I highly recommend this company as a resource for your next project!

I can't be anymore positive about the Cement Tile Shop…they are wonderful and Jennifer is both lovely and knowledgeable and the tile we installed has transformed the house. We did the tile in the Master Bath, Guest Bath, Laundry Room, and Kitchen Backsplash….all came out beyond our expectations!! It looks all at once old and spectacular! Added warmth I never expected! Cement Tile Shop was wonderful to work with. I didn't have a large, expensive order, but it was a piece of my renovation that was really special and important to me. Jennifer in customer service answered my many questions via email patiently and quickly, and the one time I needed to call the office, the person on the other end was so kind and friendly. All of my tiles arrived completely intact and just as beautiful as I had hoped. They made one of my dream renovation ideas a reality!

The Cement Tile shop was very professional and helpful with our kitchen back splash project. I was able to mix and match 7 different tile patterns to create a patchwork look. They also offer affordable pricing in order to get a sample tile. Jennifer was very attentive and always returned my emails promptly.

Cement Tile Shop has the best assortment of Cement tiles that I have found at the absolute best possible pricing...and I have searched high and low, local and on the internet. They are very helpful with getting the exact count for your space and the shipping costs far outweigh any local pricing I have found. Any of the tiles can be special ordered to your color choices and many of the tiles shown on the website also need to be special ordered, so if you can be patient for the 8-10 week delivery on your order it will be worth the wait. Many styles are available for immediate delivery so make sure and check those out first! Very satisfied customer!
