Huntsmore was hired as the independent project manager to run this full house renovation.

Huntsmore appointed the main contractor to engage in the build works and the client hired several specialist contractor direct [kitchen supplier, wood flooring, windows, carpet]. We project managed these separate parties and liaised with them to ensure they could execute their portions of the build at the appropriate times.

Structural works were undertaken – altering a doorway on a load bearing wall to lead into the large ensuite bathroom and removing the existing kitchen floor to create more ceiling height whilst installing new underfloor central heating. Huntsmore ran the building control process and any conversations with structural engineers to ensure that the project complied with building regulations.
