一階の納戸を京間の四畳半茶室に改装
床の間はほとんど取れないので壁床に床柱付けた程度の簡易スタイル
水屋も半畳程度で狭く廊下の一部も水屋スペースとして利用できるように工夫次第でおお茶事できるようにしてあります。

A storeroom on the first floor was remodeled into a Kyoto-style four-and-a-half-tatami mat tea room.

Since there was almost no space for a tokonoma alcove, the room was simply built with a wall and floor pillars.

The mizuya (water room) is also small, measuring only about half a tatami mat, and part of the hallway can also be used as a mizuya space, making it possible to hold tea ceremonies with some ingenuity.

Although it is located in the heart of Shin-Okubo's Korean Town, once inside you will find a purely Japanese-style tea room for practice. This is a space where young people and foreigners can experience and learn tea ceremony.
