玄関脇のパーキングを茶室に改装。
建物外観は変えず駐車場のシャッターのシャッターを開けると京間４畳半の茶室が現れます。玄関土間からも入れるようにして茶事もできるように、キッチンから繋がる水屋を付けた茶室です。

The parking lot next to the entrance has been renovated into a tea room.
The exterior of the building remains unchanged, but when you open the shutters on the parking lot, a Kyoto-style tea room measuring 4.5 tatami mats appears. The tea room can also be accessed from the entrance dirt floor and has a water room connected to the kitchen so that tea ceremonies can be held there.
