This magical residence is comprised of a freestanding three story former stable that joins a condominium. A stair tower leads to the roof garden, and bridges across a courtyard connecting the condominium to create an exciting place to live. The final design retains elements of a former personality that are restored while introducing new ideas that are magical, comfortable and practical. The team offices in Architecture and Landscape carried over twenty five years of experience.
