「日常の過ごし方」の家づくり
Creating a home that suits your daily life

住宅街に建つ個人住宅である。住まい手は数年前に海外より移住してきた若いご夫婦。基本的には家の中でリモートワークというふたりにとって、室内での快適性、過ごし方の多様性が家づくりで最も優先された。住宅地の角地に建つため、通りを行き交う人たちからの視線に配慮して窓を配置。外観は一つの彫刻のようにマッシブな形である一方、室内空間は上下の開放感と外への視線の抜けを感じられるように計画した。住宅としては特別広くはない90㎡の家の中には様々な居場所があり、お互いの距離感が程よく保ちながら過ごせる。大きな開口部を取り込む吹き抜けと高さのある壁面の足元のリビング。ダイニングはヴォールト天井とし、高さを抑え落ち着くスペースとした。普段はオープンなキッチンも料理をしている間のデスクワークに支障がないよう、大きなウォールドアで仕切れるようにした。ワークスペースは採光と広さを確保し、その先に続くバスルームはいつでも扉を開けておけるようトップライトのある明るい水回りとした。ワンルーム的な家全体の中で意識的に離れられるように、ベッドルームは吹き抜けに浮く個室とした。また、空調設備としては、床下のアクアレイヤーを採用し、基本的にエアコン１台で快適な室内環境を維持している。大きな気積の心地良さと温熱環境の快適性を両立させている。



This is a private home located in a residential area. The residents are a young couple who moved from overseas a few years ago. For the couple, who basically work remotely from home, comfort and versatility in how they spend their time were top priorities when building the house. Because it is built on a corner lot in a residential area, the windows were placed with consideration for the gazes of people passing by on the street. While the exterior is a massive form like a single sculpture, the interior space was planned to give a sense of openness above and below and a sense of visibility to the outside. The 90m2 house is not particularly large for a residence, but there are various places to stay, and you can spend time while maintaining a good sense of distance from each other. The living room has a large atrium that takes in large openings and a high wall at the foot of the floor. The dining room has a vaulted ceiling, making it a relaxing space with a low height. The kitchen, which is usually open, can be partitioned off with a large wall door so that it does not interfere with desk work while cooking. The workspace is well-lit and spacious, and the bathroom beyond it is bright with a skylight so that the door can be left open at any time. The bedroom is a separate room that floats in the atrium, allowing the occupants to consciously separate themselves from the rest of the one-room house. In addition, an aqualayer system is used under the floor for air conditioning, and a comfortable indoor environment is basically maintained with just one air conditioner. This achieves both the comfort of a large air volume and a comfortable thermal environment.
