The new owners of this beautiful family home wanted to create a dining room which was fresh and bright with a contemporary Chinoiserie feel.
We used Little Greene's "Acorn" to paint the walls before adding layers of interest with a hand painted Chinoiserie mural, items of Chinoiserie furniture and accessories and soft ambient lighting.
The china display cabinet in the corner of the room was dark and dingy so we spruced it up with new paintwork and gave it a new lease of life.
The photos here show how well the colour scheme lends itself to both Christmas/winter and Summer entertaining.
