Residential-to-Commercial Conversion – Design & Build (4 Months)
This project involved restructuring a residential space into a functional commercial workplace, completed over a 4-month period. I handled both the design and execution, adapting the layout for professional use while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Custom elements included a fireplace designed per the client’s request, as well as cabinets and counters tailored to the space’s new function. Due to access limitations, the project was delivered without final documentation or photography.
