A lot of our work includes blending new hardwood flooring into existing. Here are some images of what the progress on a typical project looks like. We remove carpet, lace "out" some of the shorter, existing hardwood boards, then add the new so it looks like everything was installed all at once. The rest of this project will include sanding, filling, colorant (upon request), and finishing with three coats of polyurethane. When we apply polyurethane, our final coat is always a two-component, commercial grade water based polyurethane.
