新築マンションリモデル Apartment Remodeling
2015年にマンションに引っ越した際に、地震及びハウスダストアレルギーの対策(掃除の手間を省く為)として壁面収納を造作する等のリモデルを行いました。
具体的には下記を行いました。
-たこ足配線/コードの横切りを避ける為のコンセント増設。
-リビングに隣り合った部屋の壁/3枚引き戸を外してリビングを広げ、床暖房延伸。
-寝室及びLDの照明としてダウンライト及びペンダント設置。
-リビングに壁面収納造作。
-カウンター下に収納造作。
-洗面所、トイレ、玄関、リビング壁面収納上部梁部分、上吊り食器棚底(炊飯器蒸気対策)にエコカラット導入。
-キッチン背面に食器棚及び冷蔵庫上部吊り棚造作。
-来客用居室の出隅柱の奥行を利用し、壁一面を使いクローゼット造作。
-来客用居室の照明としてスポットライト設置。
-玄関に姿見及びスツール設置。
-ベランダにウッドタイル及びガーデン家具設置。
-各窓のカーテンオーダー。
-廊下に絵画設置。
-各所に観葉植物配置。
-TV背面、ソファー横、観葉植物背後に間接照明設置。
-小さい真っ白な壁の前に電気暖炉、その上部にスポットライト設置。
-フローリング部フロアコーティング。
-ダイニング家具、コーヒーテーブル新規購入。(大型家具はソファ、ベッド及びリクライニングチェア/オットマンのみ旧宅より持参)
I carried out remodeling such as furnishing wall storages et al before moving to my current apartment in 2015 in order to ensure for earthquake-proof as well as preventing to take too much time for cleaning of house, since I have heavy allergy against house dust.
The following things were implemented:
- Added outlets in order to prevent putting too many plugs in one outlet
- Removed wall/ doors between a bedroom and a living room, then extended a floor heating system to the ex-bedroom.
- Installed down lights and spotlights in the master bedroom and the living room.
- Furnished full length wall storage in the living room
- Furnished storage underneath to kitchen counter.
- Installed functional tile called “Ecocarat” that is an odor absober as well as absorption/desorption of moisture in washroom, entrance, upper side of the wall storage in the living room that is a side of the beam, and the bottom of the upper cupboard where will be steam comes from rice cooker.
- Furnished cupboard on the kitchen wall and upper side of refrigerator
- Furnished closet in a guest bedroom on a wall by utilizing pillar depth (700 mm)
- Installed spotlight in a guest bedroom
- Installed large mirror and placed a narrow stool in the entrance
- Floored wooden tiles and placed garden furniture in balcony
- Drape the window with curtains and installed roman shade screen
- Hung pictures on the wall of corridor
- Placed plants
- Installed ambient lights: backside of TV, next to sofa and plants
- Placed electric fireplace in front of a plane white small wall and installed spotlight on the above of the ceiling
- floor coating on flooring
- Newly purchased dining furniture and a coffee table (The large sized furniture that was brought from old apartment is sofa, bed and reclining chair with ottoman)
