Bellevue Newport Hills Kitchen Remodel
Removing two dividing walls was the perfect solution for turning this formerly dark kitchen into an open, inviting space. Decorative posts, one structural and one faux, anchor the multi-level “L” that includes the cooktop and eating bar. Two new large windows and a French door were incorporated for additional natural light. A small closet was closed over in lieu of the larger pantry, which now houses the Fisher/Paykel wall oven. Tech Lighting pendants and cable fixtures provide ample light while showcasing the original beamed ceiling. Painted shaker cabinets, dark granite and glass mosaic tile highlight the Nantucket feeling of the room.
