This was a hurricane Sandy auction house. Some of the wood was salvageable, and some we installed new. Upstairs bedroom is all new 2 1/4" White Oak, and some areas of downstairs floor is new as well. Finished with a white wash and 3 coats Bona Traffic HD polyurethane. (We had nothing to do with paint color choice)
