What about something like this? The shared bedroom closet/attic wall stays where it is. The bathroom is above the first floor bathroom to take advantage of plumbing. The door into bedroom gets relocated. Use IKEA Pax systems to either side of the bed for clothes.
Recommended the door being moved in order to gain a nice long dresser opposite the bed. If you don’t want or need that then the door can stay as is.
