How can I order the spacers for the block? - I purchased 4 blocks to go above bathroom door for more lite, I think i need the spacers or can they be framed in without?

can you verify size is ths 36" x 70" - Hi there, looking for vanity mirror 36 x 70 this says W 36" D 70" H 24" not clear? is it 36 x 70? thanks, crystal
