I have found that if you use a squeegee or micro fiber cloth on the tile immediately after you shower to remove excess water, it stays quite clean. I do recommend cleaning the tile weekly with mild soap and water or a product made specifically for marble tile. Use a soft cloth that doesn't leave lint. I also recommend sealing the grout with a professional sealer after installation to protect the grout from staining.
