Nest Designs created the floor-plan for this master bathroom, designed the floating vanities and selected all the finish materials for this space. The passage between the two vanities leads to the toilet on the left (behind the closed door) and the master shower on the right (not pictured). Just beyond those walls is the entrance to the master closet. The wall mounted, custom designed vanities allowed us to use LED tape on the bottom of the cabinets. The homeowner can leave the LED lights on in the evening for use as a night light to guide the way through the bathroom. My client asked for lighted mirrors and I sourced out the Electric Mirrors for this project. I think these mirrors are the perfect size and look for the space. 12x24 Zera tile was used on the floor. We used TECH cable lighting overhead, quartz counter-tops, top mounted sinks, Brizo faucets and brushed nickel drawer pulls. This bathroom has great flow from one area into another. Round LED Backlit Mirror: A round LED backlit mirror takes centre stage above the basin, providing both functional and aesthetic benefits. The soft, diffused lighting not only serves practical purposes but also contributes to the warm and inviting ambiance of the bathroom. Wall-Mounted Basin Unit and WC: The basin unit and WC are elegantly integrated into a wall-mounted design, optimizing space and contributing to the contemporary aesthetic. Clean lines and minimalist forms maintain a sense of simplicity, creating a serene atmosphere. Colour Palette: A warm and neutral colour palette dominates the space, with earthy tones and soft hues creating a calming environment. This palette enhances the inviting feel of the bathroom while ensuring a timeless appeal. Accessories and Finishing Touches: Overall Ambiance: The resulting bathroom design exudes a sense of contemporary elegance with its brushed bronze accents, metallic feature wall, and modern fixtures. The warm and inviting atmosphere ensures that this space is not just a functional area but a retreat where one can unwind and indulge in a luxurious bathing experience. This project represents a seamless fusion of functionality and aesthetics, where every design element is carefully chosen to create a bathroom that is both a practical space and a visual delight.

We paired rich marble countertops, warm brushed brass and dynamic porcelain tile flooring to bring this primary bath to life. We balanced soft curves of the arched mirrors and freestanding tub with sharper lines on the floor tile and light fixtures to add an interest to the space.

A serene and spa master bathroom design achieved with natural tones and textures. Large format porcelain tiles with linear movements of creams, grey and browns are the perfect setting for the luxurious free-standing bathtub. The three dimensional limestone square modules create the visual interest of the accent wall behind the tub. Floating vanities with clean contemporary lines are framed by wood grained panels in deep natural tones. Brass and polished nickel hardware and lighting details punctuate the subtle color scheme. Quiet and tranquility are the inspiration key words of this master bathroom retreat.

The clients wanted to create a visual impact whilst still ensuring the space was relaxed and useable. The project consisted of two bathrooms in a loft style conversion; a small en-suite wet room and a larger bathroom for guest use. We kept the look of both bathrooms consistent throughout by using the same tiles and fixtures. The overall feel is sensual due to the dark moody tones used whilst maintaining a functional space. This resulted in making the clients’ day-to-day routine more enjoyable as well as providing an ample space for guests.

On a quiet street in Clifton a Georgian townhouse has undergone a stunning transformation. Inside, our designer Tim was tasked with creating three functional and inviting bathrooms. A key aspect of the brief was storage, as the bathrooms needed to stand up to every day family life whilst still maintaining the luxury aesthetic of the period property. The family bathroom cleverly conceals a boiler behind soft blue paneling while the shower is enclosed with an innovative frameless sliding screen allowing a large showering space without compromising the openness of the space. The ensuite bathroom with floating sink unit with built in storage and solid surface sink offers both practical storage and easy cleaning. On the top floor a guest shower room houses a generous shower with recessed open shelving and another practical floating vanity unit with integrated sink.

Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

This 1000 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment is located in a pre-war building on the Upper West Side. The owner's request was to design a space where every corner can be utilized. The project was an exciting challenge and required careful planning. The apartment contains multiple customized features like a wall developed as closet space and a bedroom divider and a hidden kitchen. It is a common space to the naked eye, but the more details are revealed as you move throughout the rooms. Featured brands include: Dornbracht fixtures, Flos lighting, Design-Apart millwork, and Carrera marble.
