Gary was able to explain clearly our choices, do the measurements accurately, and present us with a proposal that fulfilled our needs in all respects - - interior and exterior appearances, excellent quality, affordable/competitive cost, and very good installations. With replacement windows things can go wrong, even with the best effort. Whenever there was a problem with a window ordered through Gary, or even a problem on a Jeld-Wen window installed earlier by a different company, Gary has stepped up, helped us make a warranty claim or an insurance claim, and then has seen it through installation.
