“The sales person came to my house in the evening at a very convenient time. Funny, he kept on presenting long after I made the decision to go ahead with the work. He was very knowledgable of his product and other products available. The workers showed up on time, did the job even in cold temps - February in MN, it was probably 20 degrees out. I didn't like that my house had to be wide open during the removal and install of the windows but that was my choice. Actually I was surprised they did the work at all in February. The installers did their work efficiently and relatively quietly. They cleaned up after themselves. They put down drop cloths down to protect my new bamboo wood floors. They called and made sure I was happy with the result and I was very pleased. They look awesome, the drafts are gone, they open easily - I am very happy with it!”
