I am able to work out difficult design solutions with their representative Tony Contreras early so that I know when it comes time to measure and install the large pieces of glass it will be done right. I've had other companies come into a project and change the design without discussing it with me or the homeowner, if there is a design change needed, Tony will be sure to discuss it with me first. “RbA product manager, Tony D, was very professional, thorough, and patient. He answered all questions during his presentation and afterwards via email. I purchased 5 windows and the installation guys gave me a rundown on what they are doing to remove the old windows, install the new windows, training on operating the windows, clean up, and a walk-through on what they did. The window price is high but the windows are solid, durable, and, so far, working great. I would rate them 5 stars but their prices brought it down a notch.”

“Ery and his team replaced just about every window in our house. We opted for new construction vs retrofitting. I interviewed a couple of other contractors, but Ery has eons of experience, and is extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. The team's workmanship was high quality. Our exterior painter even commented on their attention to detail. The team was polite and conscientious, and the only delay we experienced was due to the City's permit process.”
