First of all, they seemed to actually want my business and they set an appointment to come give an estimate. The rep had a good knowledge of the process and was very friendly and professional. The pricing was straight forward and came in way below the other companies, even for the low-lead Starphire glass. There were ZERO surprises which is a very good thing. From the time of estimate to installation it was only about 10 days, fast! The result is great! Installation wasn't more than 90 minutes. I couldn't be happier with this decision.
