“Worried and frustrated about buying windows, don't be with NEX-GEN We moved to Loveland 3 years ago and knew we needed windows for our home (39 windows). We went to one company and had them install 5 windows and a French door, we were frustrated with the company and the installation, the company never got back to us on issues with installation, let me say, my husband had to run out after the guys before they left because we could not get one of the windows to close and it was raining out. Other issues we had uneven install to the drywall, handle missing we even had to give the guys some wood from my husband’s shop to finish the French door because they did not bring enough wood (will never use them again). NEX-GEN My daughter and I stopped by NEX-GEN Home Exteriors show room, when we walked in we did not feel pressured by the people at the show room so I gave them my phone number. They called the next day and set up an appointment (BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE). From the sales person to the person who took the measurements and who can forget the great installers (we did have one miscommunication, it was taken care of within a couple of days). I definitely plan to have NEX-GEN out next year for our next phase of windows to be installed. All I can say is “don’t worry” NEX-GEN will take care of you. Adding to my previous comment it is the next year (July 2017) so I contacted NEX-GEN to come out and install a few more windows. It is so nice to know I will be working with the same people I did last year my mind is at rest, no worries on how will they do or the disappointment I might have. We are all smiles at this house and looking forward to my next phase of new windows.”
