“Grand View Windows and Gary Rollins over several years and on multiple occasions has replaced at least 18 windows in our home, due to obsolescence or to hail damage, with Jeld-Wen Custom aluminum clad wood casement windows. With replacement windows things can go wrong, even with the best effort. Whenever there was a problem with a window ordered through Gary, or even a problem on a Jeld-Wen window installed earlier by a different company, Gary has stepped up, helped us make a warranty claim or an insurance claim, and then has seen it through installation. We have been very pleased with our windows and with our working experience with Grand View and with Gary Rollins!”

He answered all my questions, gave suggestions and explained the order and installation process, warranties, prices, etc. very clearly. The installers were excellent. Polite, efficient and very professional. I also visited the showroom in OKC and was pleased with the displays which helped me see styles and colors and get ideas in person. The doors are pricey and it takes about 8 weeks to get them in, but they are custom made (you can even put different colors or stains on each side), and we are very happy with them.”
