“I contacted five companies and was disappointed throughout the process. An architect friend suggested I check the review sources such as houzz, I did so and chose five companies from here. The process went very smooth this time and two of the companies stood out. I chose to work with ASP for several reasons: 1)Salesman Michael Marrero came and gave me the original estimate and then put up with a month or six weeks of constant email questions and concerns. 2)There was a slightly less expensive possibility but ASP products are all manufactured by TM Windows so the look and operations were the same across the different types of products we had installed. 3)Additionally, ASP let me pay for the whole thing on my credit card, thereby earning 40 thousand flyer miles! The installation was smooth and efficient. Ruben and Robert did it all in two weeks and were very careful of our new landscaping. They also managed to leave all of our electric shutters intact and operational. (we kept them for privacy-security). In short, I chose the right company and have been rewarded with a beautiful product which dramatically improved the lighting and look of our already pretty home”

They can provide restructuring work as they have an engineering team (other places would replace windows but not do structural work. After delivery and installation they were always available for whatever concern I may have. Two years after installation, one of the windows broke (unknown cause, not by impact) and it was readily replaced without a hassle. “Gorgeous, modern, and really solid impact windows. Incredibly, they are one of the only companies to offer push-out casement windows. For large format casements, having a crank down at the floor makes no sense. La Finestra, with its Italian roots, offers the European style push-out casements with the handle in the middle of the window. I used La Finestra's sister installation company (Fissaggio LLC) and they did a fantastic job. This did require that I serve as owner/builder in Coral Gables. Not a big deal....and even the building inspectors agreed that La Finestra's windows are top quality....and the installation was spot on with code requirements. The overall project was not the cheapest but the quality of window and work was great.”
