“Best awnings ever. Thanks RA!! So I hardly ever write reviews – it’s just not really my thing but I felt really compelled to write one for RA Awnings because they just did a bang-up job. You know how it is when people are super professional but also kind of friendly too, well yeah, those guys are like that. Me and my wife decided that we really wanted a retractable awning for our patio so we could spend more time outside without getting burned to a crisp. We chose RA Ultra Luxe in the end (even though the other options were nice too) and man, we couldn't be any happier! The awning just looks awesome and is kind of high tech too with angle changes for optimal shade and fancy LED lights for evenings. Super cool. The team that came to install were great. Showed up on time, didn't leave a mess and just really professional. And the awning itself? What a game changer! No exaggeration, our patio just feels more comfortable and looks great too. “What an excellent experience. It could not have gone better from a service perspective or from the quality of the product. Service was first class and the installation a dream. It is a very old house with nothing straight or level and it all went without a hitch. The shutters are stunning. I was so grateful that they agreed to take me on as I was out of their territory ever so slightly. They agreed anyway and arrived the very next day. Couldn't promise delivery before Christmas but had them installed by 19 December. If only everyone was this reliable and efficient.
