When a cord broke on one of our Oakland blinds about 9 months after installation I called him and he had the whole 7' wide blind replaced within two weeks. And when our blinds arrived much earlier than he quoted for our Orinda home, he came that day to install them himself because his installer was booked and he knew we needed them to help our young children sleep (early bedtimes and long summer days make for a tough time getting babies and toddlers to sleep). “Our family moved back into our single family home after years of being tenant-occupied. Suffice to say, we had to make several improvements that would give the interior a facelift bringing it back to a place we could call home.
