We were not living in the area and Tom came to our townhouse while under construction and sent us recommendations/photos based on the color of our cabinets and granite countertops. We are very pleased with the window treatment (Averte Fold) for our patio doors. We had a minor issue with the window treatment and Tom was great about having it corrected.
