“Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

“Shirley Mitchell came to my house as an interior design expert and helped me update the window treatments in the living room of a 30 year old raised ranch. Not an easy assignment. She spent time discussing the project with me, determining what my budget would be for the project, and came prepared for addressing that with several different ideas. She was able to offer plenty of visuals, via catalogs of materials and samples of materials, for window treatments options and decorative hardware. She then mailed me samples of materials I might choose and let me consider my options, while keeping lines of communication open at all times. Once I did decide on a material then she returned and spent additional time and discussion with me regarding the construction of the window treatment. I never felt pressured into purchasing something I might feel unsure about; she also seemed to be very comfortable about offering me options within my budget that she felt would give the room the "facelift" I'd hoped to achieve. In a timely fashion, the project was completed, and the entire window treatment was installed within a hour's time one afternoon. Services were prompt and reliable; the installation was organized and well done by the team of installers. I am thrilled with the results.
