I was replacing old designer drapes so I knew what I wanted and she understood. She kept things simple and easy, wonderful to work with. Drapes arrives earlier than expected, and the installer she suggested was perfect. He arrived, and as predicted was able to mount the brackets and solve my problem of old, crumbling plaster.
