She listened but then really offered value by brining her professional experience and a fantastic view point with suggestions to get us the results were were looking for. We selected beautiful woven wood shades for a set of windows in both our dining and family room area. Once they were installed, we reached back out to Barbara for some help with the full doors going out to the patio. It was a bit tricky, but she recommended we go with the same shade but do a vertical style. I hadn't seen this before so was unsure, but I went with her recommendation. It was installed and wow it's beautiful. We love it. We'll have other projects as we get more settled in and will definitely plan to reach out to work with Shades on Wheels and Barbara again without hesitation.”
