When I contacted him for an estimate during the construction of our home, he quickly gave me a general estimate based on window measurements and then came to the house to obtain actual measurements before ordering the shutters. The shutters are beautiful, were all installed promtly on the same day that we closed as we requested, and we have received many compliments on them since.
