Bill, Pam, and their staff are very knowledgeable regarding the many technology options which clients are now wanting in their homes. There are so many new products available now that it can be overwhelming, but they provide me and my clients the assistance we need to select the best products for their individual spaces. “Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

She helped pick out wall colors, furniture, window treatments, art, tile, dishes, bed linens etc. She was on hand when furniture was delivered. Whatever I wanted, she made happen. “William completed the design and fabrication of drapes (3 rooms), fabric shades, seat cushions, pillows and a table skirt for me. His workmanship is outstanding. He is personally involved in the production of his products. William is very ingenious in solving design challenges. He redesigned and remade my Jim Thompson silk drapes to accommodate all new French door openings. He overcame issues of limited fabric and totally different dimensions. The results are fabulous! William is very attentive to customers, easy to work with and very timely with his completion dates. He holds very high standards for the quality of his work and personally works in tandem with the installer to ensure just the right results. AND his prices are competitive.”
