“Such a great place to go and pick everything tile... A great selection with amazing service and expertise. So glad I don't have to make the drive to LA anymore now that they are here. The showroom is all inclusive of most vendors with a wide variety of styles. I would recommend this showroom as a place to see a multitude of tiles installed. This is a great showroom and I'm so glad they are here locally!”

“I have been working with Trans World Tile for around 20 years. They have an extensive knowledge of the products that they offer.. They have treated my clients very good. I can not say that for all stores. When I send some one there I know that they will provide great service and I trust them to do what is best for them. Very dependable with product delivery dates. They also are willing to offer new products that other stores don't stock such as epoxy grouts. Bob, Warren and the crew do a great job.”

“This is the place to go for your tile and stone needs. They have the most excellent selection to choose from. They make the process of putting together different tiles for your space so easy. I had the idea in my mind and they came up with 3 different scenarios to select from, all of them were excellent, just a matter of preference. Customer service is outstanding!”

タイルや石材の貼り方


タイル貼りや石材を貼るのは、一見すると簡単そうに見えるかもしれませんが、きれいにきちんと貼るには熟練の技が必要です。タイル工事を自分で行う場合は、コテをはじめとする専用の工具・道具を使用した方が、総じてきれいな仕上がりにつながります。タイル切断の専用道具もあると便利です。

一般的な内装タイルの貼り方は、まず接着剤を塗り広げ、その上にタイルを乗せて圧着していき、最後に目地を塗りこんで完成です。外装タイルの場合は、下地の作成後に基準となるタイルを貼り、モルタル塗布後に実際にタイルを貼ったら、目地を詰めて完成です。
