The website was informative and allowed me to order multiple samples of colors that interested me. I still had questions as this was a big project, and wanted to be certain of my decision (I ultimately chose Statuario Venato)... After speaking to a representative, I was sold — they were so helpful by explaining the process, and even recommended a fabricator in my area that could take of me. “Tap n Tile is a fantastic tile store. The thing that sets this tile store apart from others is their perfect balance of scale. They are big enough to have what we need in current product, samples and service, yet small enough to know who we are every time we call. The customer service is excellent and our orders are always respectfully managed and thought through. Delivery of our orders is always inspected by staff and we get called over any concerns. This is a very valuable service for us as it is often difficult for us to be in two places at once. Tap n Tile is a wonderful source for us. We view them as a trusted extension of our business.”

“I have been working with Trans World Tile for around 20 years. They have an extensive knowledge of the products that they offer.. They have treated my clients very good. I can not say that for all stores. When I send some one there I know that they will provide great service and I trust them to do what is best for them. Very dependable with product delivery dates. They also are willing to offer new products that other stores don't stock such as epoxy grouts. Bob, Warren and the crew do a great job.”
