They work as a team, from the moment the arrive on site to when they pack up and leave.They protect the area around their work, being respectful of others work. They take care that their work is correct and clean up after they have completed. They communicate on developments with their schedules, fabrication and delivery so the inevitable hiccups can be dealt with and are not surprises.
