“We are most grateful to the salesman at Tile Town who gave us Carin's contact information. He said she was picky and that customer feed back had been positive. I called her, asked her a few questions and was confident she was indeed meticulous, skilled and enthusiastic to take on our shower renovation. She tore out our concrete shower, rebuilt an enclosure using wedi board ( She is a certified wedi installer.), designed and built a wall niche, waterproofed the bathroom floor, tiled the shower, behind the toilet, the floor and backsplash. We also had her tile the mainbath floor, design and install a backsplash/mirror feature and install tile in the half bath. We sourced and purchased our tiles but Carin estimated quantities and supplied all other materials. She also installed the glass shower doors, lights and mirrors. She was willing to take on any tasks we asked her to do and accepted a helping hand when it was offered or needed. Carin was reasonably priced, punctual, tidy, friendly and extremely skilled in her craft. She did provide custom solutions for our bath renovations and we could not be more pleased.
