The team who delivered and installed the countertops were very courteous and professional when they arrived and continued to be so throughout the entire event. They went above and beyond when my wife asked them to reinstall the cooktop. Although they said they couldn't they checked the fit of the cooktop and the newly installed countertop and found that the cooktop didn't fit the cutout. The team addressed this issue and the countertop fit perfectly. The countertops are beautiful and add value to our kitchen replacing the laminate we previously had when we purchased our home. The price we paid was the best we found and the quality of craftsmanship and professionalism is unmatched. “We moved to Mandeville from Pittsburgh 6 years ago and decided to renovate our kitchen. A prior kitchen renovation in Pittsburgh included a countertop supplier that handled the stone supply through installation. For our recent project, we bought quartzite slabs across the lake and Creative Edgeworks picked them up and stored them for several months until the project commenced. Tim and his team showed up at the appointed time to measure the job and met his commitment for the installation. We have a 3-sided peninsula that seemed ripe for errors on the measurement or installation, but it looks perfect. We were impressed enough to use Creative Edgeworks for a small bathroom renovation in 2018 and will return for future work as well.”

“We replaced flooring in three rooms during a renovation and addition, including special ordered stone for a large new bath. Pros: The Floorco team was professional, prompt and comfortable to work with, especially their installer, Mike, who did a stellar job for start to finish and was a pleasure to have on site. They worked well with me on selection, were knowledgeable about their products and kept reasonably to the schedule. Con: My only criticism is that there was a price discrepancy on the special ordered limestone which, at an increase of $3 per tile from initial to final quote was considerable. This may have been due to inside company miscommunication---there was part time staff involved----but obviously it added up and as I'd priced it for less elsewhere this cost could have swayed my choice. Still with improved communication we would definitely use Floorco for our next project.”
