“We contracted Loris to build our new back deck 38 X 12 using a high quality composite board and black aluminum railing from Deck Mart in Woodbridge. We are happy we finally chose to go with composite, rather than wood or pressure treated• lots of decision making. Loris built 2 sets of stairs• we were happy to learn of the feature of adding a little extra width to each step making them extra safe and easy to travel. We loved his plan for laying the composite board. His careful planning made for very little waste. Every single board was cut with great precision. He always shared his great ideas and even came up with better ones. We were able to find him because of the great job he was doing at our neighbours• a beautiful curved retaining wall to their driveway. I know our neighbour researched many companies before making their decision to hire Conzan and we benefited from their research. Loris was great to work with and became a good friend during the project. Needless to say, we were impressed with Loris’ workmanship and personality. One part of this project was a difficult side walk along the side of the house that was a small space to work in and a number of stairs that needed to be installed along with pavers. Their team consulted with us first to determine what we “thought” we wanted. They made some recommendations which we found enhanced the look, made the area safer, and improved functionality of that space. Each day they cleaned up the area to insure that the site was organized and ready for the next morning. They also did more landscaping in the front of our home with gardens, pavers walkways, along with the paving of our new driveway. On one occasion I had to leave our home early so they even helped my 95 year old father get to bus. Their price was fair yet the final product exceeded our expectations. The company has been around for well over 35 years and the original owner son heads it up now along with his sons and a great team of people and equipment. I feel you cannot lose!!!!
