“We have used The Porch Company and Nancy's expertise with every house we've owned. Because we tend to buy older homes that need renovation, we have a LOT of experience with contractors. I can safely say that Nancy Moore and The Porch Company is the ONLY contractor we will use again and again. She is creative. She listens. She does exactly what she says she's going to do when she's going to do it for the cost she says she can do it. She has ALWAYS added value to our homes. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. I just wish there were more like her.”

“I hired Epoch Construction to convert an attached garage into a master suite, build a back deck patio cover and install new kitchen cabinets. I hired them in February of 2019 when I purchased the house to give the entire home a complete remodel. The entire crew of Epoch Construction was pleasant to work with. Not only did they provide excellent workmanship, but they also were there to guide the project by working hand in hand with other subcontractors. Whenever a construction challenge arose, JT and his crew of problem solvers rose to the occasion and provided options, advice and a can-do attitude to get the job done. They communicate well and show up when scheduled. I sincerely enjoyed working with Epoch Construction and I would hire them again!”

“I had Scott and crew build an aluminum deck around my pool, install a dome over the pool, screen in a large porch, and build a unique enclosure for my hot tub. I kept having him do more jobs because of the high quality of his work. I felt his prices were fair. He is very easy to deal with. His contracts are good, pay as he does work.”

“I have used Harpeth Valley for several different renovation projects. The first was a re-do on a massive water feature that had given us issues for years but no-one had been able to fix it. Harpeth Valley was able to figure it out, and the fountain hasn't given us any trouble since and that has been years ago. Since then, I have hired them to do two other renovation projects: One was a large natural stone job and the other was an addition to a driveway. They stand behind their work, they are professional, they are very easy and pleasant to work with, and they always show up when they say they will (a rarity in the construction business)! I will definitely use them again!”
