“We had several professional contractors come out to give us estimates for a new patio cover. Due to the configuration of the pool and the backside of our house, it proved to be a challenging design for all contractors except Patios By B&B. While the other contractors were unsure and said they needed to bring their in-house "engineer" out to look at the possibility of the design we needed, Paul Goldman of Patios by B&B knew it could be done! Because of Paul's vast experience, knowledge, and his creativeness he made our dream patio cover come to life. Also, we felt very comfortable with Paul the minute he came to the house. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and you know instinctively that you are in the BEST hands. We had such a FANTASTIC experience with Paul and his team that we are planning more work in the future such as new pavers for our driveway. Also, which is so important but overlooked by many contractors is cleanliness. Paul's team were neat and they cleaned up at days end each day. Now, that is remarkable! “Needed to provide shade on the south facing patio of our new home. Researched several Pergola installers as i decided on the patio room had the best, especially loved the 10' x 14' pressure treated four beam design. Also got great "preseason" pricing. ollis wood finished the job on date promised and in grate condition. For a months I wanted to expand my patio before installation. During that period we stained all components with solid color stain, certainly easier to stain prior to assembly. The pressure treated wood components were kiln dried so there was no issue with immediately staining. Olis wood Assembled it all it took one and a half days to complete. After the installation was complete we realized the shade provided by the rafters alone was not enough. So I purchased polypropylene lattice panels from them and cut to fit between upper rafters. Result was the perfect amount of filtered shade. Love the look and function of the finished product. Would very much recommend olis wood to anyone they do amazing work !!!”

“We hired Sunrise Construction for a project on our old house 20 plus years ago, they did such a great job then we rehired them for this project in 2015-2016. I took a lot of photos but I’m only showing some of the finished product. Great owner and crew, great company. I highly recommend this Company.”

“Thomas Decks, LLC is a professional deck/porch design and build company in Cincinnati, OH. We have constructed 2 decks for 2 of our customers using the exotic Brazilian Ipe' lumber and the Tigerwood lumber purchased from Advantage Lumber. The entire process from start to finish was a pleasure! We had quite a few questions for Advantage Lumber, and everything was answered or explained with quick replies, and always an offer to help if we needed anything else. They communicated with us constantly...when the order was filled, when it shipped out, while en route, and when we received our materials. We received everything we initially ordered, very carefully packaged.......no missing nor damaged materials. Our photos on Houzz displaying the Ipe' and the Tigerwood projects, showcases the end results. The customers are very happy, including ourselves. We have received many compliments on these 2 decks, and a lot of inquiries regarding the lumber materials. We WILL reorder with Advantage Lumber again when another customer contracts with us for a hardwood deck. Absolutely 5 stars!”

“After firing a different contractor for botching a small bathroom remodel, I called Bryan in to clean up the mess and finish the job. He was prompt, knowledgable, reasonably priced and, most importantly, his workmanship was excellent. If only I had known to call him first, my remodel would have been done weeks earlier. Bryan was honest and straightforward with me all through and this was very refreshing and reassuring.”

“When we first met John Haynes of T.Ybarra Construction at a home show, we knew we would like working with him over the other companies we had looked at using. Besides the fact that the product looked awesome and in fact superior to the competition, John himself was what sold us on working with his company. He was attentive to our needs and desires, frank and straightforward in his communications and had creative and practical solutions and ideas for our troublesome space. We purchased the most beautiful brown metal patio cover (pergola) that blends with our house so well it looks like it was part of the original construction on our Spanish style house and totally looks like it’s wood. The pavers are absolutely gorgeous and transformed our long and narrow yard into an oasis, a stunning extension of our living space and in fact a space we never used since we bought the house. Now we love lounging under our patio covering – the transformation was amazing! My husband and I were both so impressed with how quickly and expertly the project was done. The design of the patio covering was totally custom made as our yard nor the house was square or even. The way they attached the beams to the house and the custom cut edging made it look perfectly even and normal. The craftsmanship was first class! Hugo and Gilberto, who constructed the cover, had to work in the rain and did an amazing and thorough job, working from an expert design drawn by John, but one that also required some adaptation to the quirky space on the spot. The pavers are a whole other piece of artistic excellence that Juan created for our patio. Again, since the patio could not be square, he had to hand cut a lot of stones and the design is exquisite and flawless! It’s not always easy to imagine what a design will ultimately look like from small samples of materials and drawings. But John made us feel confident and we could not be happier with our choices. We were extremely impressed with everyone who worked on this job and the end result exceeded our wildest expectations of what it would look like! No one who sees it that knew what was there before can believe it!! Thank you everyone at T. Ybarra Construction!!”
