“Best Vinyl did fencing around my property and I was very happy with the results. They handled all of the permits and also gave us the detailed drawings that were needed by our association. The fence has now been up for almost a year and I'm very happy with it. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they did break 2 sprinkler heads during the installation (which we were warned was a possibility in advance).”

“If you are looking for big modern aluminum sliding glass doors in Hawaii, there's really only two companies to chose from: Fleetwood and Western. Diamond Head are the local reps for Western. I spent a long time speaking to different suppliers and in the end concluded that Western has both a superior product and, through Diamond Head, a superior distributor. I was looking at an order worth more than $80k, yet I could never get the local Fleetwood guy to return my calls or emails - he really didn't seem to care. By contrast the local rep for Western, Mac McMinn jumped on a plane from Maui and came to me house. So did Mark McKinstry, the owner of Diamond Head - twice. The windows are a dream to install, really easy, look great, look fabulous. Service from Diamond Head's General Manager, Steve Pearson, is impeccable. He answers calls and emails instantly. When one roller on one of the sliding doors turned out to have a stripped adjustment screw, he drove to the North Shore to pick up a replacement and deliver to me in less than 24 hours. The installation guy Kenny is also really helpful and efficient.”

“I'd lived in my home for 15 years and renovated it slowly over that time. I was always hesitant to start the big project of updating my swimming pool decking and coping. and waterline tile. A local artist friend of mine told me about Top Shape Masonry, so, I gave them a call. Ryan came out -- gave me a bid which I felt was reasonable so, I agreed. Ryan's crew showed up on time, kept a relatively neat and tidy jobsite, didn't make too much noise--- and prepared, formed, and built a stunningly beautiful pool deck. They made it so painless, I wondered why I'd waited so long! Because they were on-site and did such a good job, i had them take out my existing asphalt driveway and replace it with large organic form cement pads. Hardly a day goes by now that someone doesn't stop me to tell me how beautiful my driveway is. Ryan referred me to a landscape architect that helped me choose cement color and drive layout to tie in with my existing mid-century home and garden. I couldn't be happier. Top Shape Masonry made me fall in love with my home again. Ryan, if you see this review, you are welcome to have prospective customers call me, or come see for themselves. Thank you! MAHALO!”

“We consulted T&M to provide the very best quality cabana for Hawaii's harsh outdoor environment and they came through. The European manufactured components are superior to anything I have seen and I have been in the business of supplying Hawaii's resorts with fine outdoor furniture for 30 years. The cabana that T&M set up for us has louvers that open and close for the roof and shades for the sides that retract by remote control. The aluminum is top grade and will last a long time and stand up to big winds and sun. The options are many and they can help you create a wonderful outdoor place to take advantage of Hawaii's beautiful weather.”
