“Alex replaced a porch and stairs on my 60s house. He explained what he needed to do, gave me a detailed estimate, began the job exactly when he said he would, and worked on it every day until it was completed. He takes justifiable pride in his his work, uses quality materials, follows the Building Code. He has great design ideas and produces a fine product built to last. His is by far the best carpentry my house has ever seen. He is pleasant and reliable. I feel fortunate to have taken my neighbor's recommendation, and pass on my own recommendation. Thanks, Alex. “Two sides of our fence were falling down. I did have 3 quotes as recommended by BBB and checked everyone out thoroughly. Tri-City Cedar were the most impressive, timely and the pricing was within our budget and they provided great references without being asked. They knew what our timeline was (family wedding) and were able to get it done in plenty of time. The product was top quality. Clean up was amazing, Matt and his assistant were professional, skilled and didn't stop but for a quick lunch, which given it was a hot day was something. I have never seen such a hard working team and such a thorough clean up. We did call him back in July to do the third side as we had not noticed it was rotting earlier. The same level of great service was provided. They were also very prompt at returning calls and answering email. I highly recommend this company.”

“We are a small apartment complex in Tsawwassen. Needed a roof top deck of 900 square ft replaced in a short time frame. Marc and his crew responded quickly and even though the weather was poor (December) worked to get it done fast but ensured the finished job was excellent. Took great care to frame and lay the Trex so the finished job not only looked great but we are confident it will last and look good well into the future. Crew were polite and considerate. Can thoroughly recommend if you want a quality product.”

“A pleasure from start to finish - this team is solid! We recently hired XMT Construction Ltd. to build our back yard deck, including a fire table and outdoor kitchen area. Adam was there to help guide our inspirations, offering practical advice and answering any questions we had along the entire course of the build. He helped us forge the design concepts and make certain we achieved the feel we were hoping for. At the same time XMT was mindful of our budget considerations and clearly communicated what the projected costs were going to be. The whole team was stellar, including XMT's subcontractors for electrical and landscaping, and they were able to respond in nuanced and creative ways as challenges emerged and the project evolved. We are pleased to say that XMT Construction and their associates exceeded our expectations. Not only did they do their best to keep their appointments and arrive when they said they were going to, the quality of build and workmanship was there from start to finish. This team does it right.”

“Pebble and Co. Mosaics quoted on removing the sod in my backyard and replacing it with a stone and pebble mosaic. My preference is to let artists have complete control of a project allowing them the freedom to create and I was not disappointed. The project happened on time and on budget and the attention to detail was impeccable. The prep work was fast and efficient and care was taken to protect surrounding plants and vegetation from harms way. The details of laying the slate stone and river rock attracted quite a bit of attention from the neighbours due to the intricacy of the process involved which made for many conversations over coffee and brainstorming ideas for their own properties. Finally once the stone mosaic was complete it was sealed against natures' elements which thoroughly enhanced the natural tone of the stones providing year round enjoyment. I would highly recommend Pebble and Co. Mosaics for any project you should contemplate. Sincerely, Ian OBriain”
